- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We stay active, ensuring our price is competitive. We have a $299 minimum to begin work, and offer a 10% discount for military and teachers. If you need bulk work completed in your home, we also offer 10% off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once connected, most estimates can be provided the same day through details and photos. If preferred, or if the shower has some concerning aspects to it, we will provide a free follow-up assessment. All estimates are sent through our integrated and professional housecall system, outlined with details and warranties offered and with free maintenance recommendations provided. Once work begins, our specialized and well-trained technicians protect the surrounding areas, walk through the work scope with home owners, and deliver 5 star service. After service, you will receive a follow-up from the owner, and a yearly check-in to ensure our services are built to last.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for 10 years, learning and building my services and discovering the best products that best serve home owners. Our knowledge starts with a background in stone restoration, chemistry, and TCNA Industry standards. I am certified by the IIRC for Stone, Tile, and Masonry cleaning. All of our technicians are thoroughly trained by the owner with years of experience. We work closely with representatives of various grout manufacturers, designers, remodelers, and tile installers, fixing a wide array of problems.
