- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is $8.00 per piece of glass cleaned inside and out, unless the piece of glass is bigger or smaller than the average window pane. If you just need the exterior windows cleaned then its $6.00per pane. French panes are a $1.50 per pane inside and outside. Screens are $3.50 per screen( screens would be brushed off then washed by hand)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would schedule an appointment to do a walk around the customers home and give a free estimate. I can count the windows from the outside of the home as long as I can access the front, back and both sides of the home. Once the estimate is accepted then we can set up a time to start. On the day of the job I like to go over the details of the job and ask if there is any special conditions I need to know about. Depending on how many windows there are it can take anywhere from 2-10 hours.

I worked with another window cleaner and I decided to begin my own window cleaning business.
