- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive I have a small dedicated team and, I can guarantee the lowest price. I will price match any quote from another installer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I reach out via ****, *****, or **** and ask to discuss your flooring needs and I will give a ballpark estimate, 2nd we schedule a measurement and I bring you samples based on your preferences, 3rd we finalize the quote and schedule the install. 4th. We deliver and install your new floors! 5th we collect payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
9+ years of on the job experience, trained by my father, he was trained by his father, long line of contractors in the family.
