All jobs are different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Soon as we set communication, I can visit to get the measures and discuss details of what the job is needed for start and completion, product and materials,and schedule the date of the install and when it may be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The first three of the fifteen of the years I have been doing floors was an apprenticeship under an installer that was seventeen years into it and still today. The wood flooring part I was trained at a wood floor shop for additional three years.
