- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $35hr per tech for basic cleaning services. $45hr for basic cleaning + laundry and $50hr for carpet cleaning with a carpet shampooer. All prices include cleaning equipment and supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do free estimates first. I won't take on a house until seeing it first. This allows me a better idea of the worked needed done prior to cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 + years experience in cleaning management and 5 years of owning my own small cleaning business.
