Hourly rates are based on your square footage and the type of services needed. Recurring clients discounted flat rate based on how often needing services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact by phone, text, email, or messanger. Gather basic information on cleaning needs and the space needing to be cleaned. Schedule an in-person estimate if needed. Schedule a time and day that works best for the cleaning. Walk-through of space needing to be cleaned upon arrival. Follow the cleaning checklist for the space needing to be cleaned. Walk through at the end to ensure we have exceeded your cleaning expectations. Pictures were taken of all areas that were cleaned and sent to the client for approval. Collect payment. Follow up within 24 hours to ensure customer satisfaction guaranteed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 25 years of experience professionally cleaning residential, commercial, and Airbnb properties. For the past 5 years supervised and trained new cleaners on the proper way to clean and sanitize a home or office space.
