I am very pleased with the experience and results I got with That 1 Painter. I walked my property and talked the job with three companies to restain my cedar wood home.
That 1 Painter gave me the greatest confidence that I would be happy on completion and for years to come.
We agreed to a schedule and they stuck to it communicating with me appropriately along the way. I never had to track them down to get any answers.
The 4 man crew worked very professionally and efficiently to prep, stain and clean up the job.

We hired That 1 Painter Fort Collins to do a major refresh of the siding, trim, doors, and chimney as well as some new siding work on a portion of the house and they did an outstanding job! The crew was professional, respectful, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. They prepped everything thoroughly, used high-quality paint, and the final result looks clean, crisp, and much better than I expected.
Highly recommend them for anyone needing exterior painting — great communication, fair pricing, and excellent workmanship. Will definitely use them again! Thank you again to Josue and crew!

Chris and Caesar painted my shed, garage, and all the trim around the house including the front attic Peak area. They were very respectful of my property and did a great job ! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I needed my garage painted. I received an estimate from Josue and it was painted as quoted. His team came out and took great care in protecting surfaces which were not to be painted. They did a great job painting my walls and ceiling. Had an area which needed to be touched up and Josue was very responsive and took care of the issue quickly. I'm very pleased with the work and people who have seen my garage compliment on how nice it looks.I had his team also paint an exterior part of my house and it also looks great.I will definitely use them again.
