- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a firm believer in being transparent with the pricing for my services. I guarantee that the exact price you're quoted is the exact price you'll pay upon completion of the project. No hidden charges or upselling, and no shenanigans. Period.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin with a conversation about your needs so we can determine the most cost-efficient way of completing your project. Once you've approved my quote you can rest assured that the work will be done on time, in a professional manner, with exceptional customer service and attention to the smallest details. My motto is "The job isn't finished until I've exceeded your expectations!"
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with customers on projects ranging from taking a few bags of grass clippings and yard debris to be recycled, to a large-scale estate cleanout that took 3 full days, 7 roll-off dumpsters & a skid steer to complete. I have yet to find a job too big or too small!
