We enjoy working outdoors the most, and seeing what We've done before and after with every job and seeing how happy a customer is after a job is completed. They managed to get out the day I called them and had 8 trees worth of leaves cleaned up in 2 hours. All for less than any of the other bids.

Padilla came 4 times to do leaves and rake up. We have a large property and he was determined to do a good job. I think with a yard that size he should have had 4 people total and he would have completed it in a day. He is very kind and wants to do a good job, but he under estimated the clean up.

We take pride in all our work and sometimes it may take longer than expected. Leaving a job without doing a thorough job is not something we will do. We apologize if the job took longer than expected, but we hope you were happy with how your lawn looked after completion and at a fair price considering your yard size We greatly appreciated your feed back. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing has a base price. We ask that customers call us to discuss there needs and give them and estimate. If we need to re- evaluate the price once on the job we discuss it with the customer to make it a fair price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk with customer, we can get a birds eye view on the project that needs work done. give an over the phone estimate. If estimate is agreed with, Schedule job. If original quote is High or Low we discuss this with the customer to make sure its a fair price before any work is to be done. Send invoice after job is complete or ask for payment upon completion of job.
