- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my prices low so clients can come often so I can help fix all injured problems and complaints. I offer package discounts (5 sessions 10% off, 10 sessions 13% off, and 20 sessions 20% off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will sit down and answer any questions/concerns they may have before starting the session. I always keep in touch throughout the session to make sure they are comfortable, pressure is good and if they need water.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of training, experience and education.
