I offer fair, transparent pricing with no surprise fees. Most services are billed at a flat hourly rate, with discounts available for ongoing support or multiple devices. If you're not sure what kind of help you need, I'm happy to discuss your issue and recommend the most cost-effective solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick chat to understand your issue, then provide a clear quote up front — no surprises. I offer both remote and local (Fort Collins area) support. Once the job is complete, I’ll walk you through what was done and offer follow-up help if needed. Whether it’s a one-time fix or ongoing support, I make IT simple and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified, with hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator supporting Windows environments, business networks, and cloud services. I’ve completed advanced training in Microsoft 365, remote monitoring, and cybersecurity tools. My background combines real-world troubleshooting with a strong foundation in IT fundamentals, allowing me to deliver fast, effective solutions for both home users and small businesses.
