- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard hourly rate for handyman work is $35/hr. Many jobs are done on a contract basis, with a written contract provided with Scope of Work, and are paid either on a draw schedule, or in-full upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule an on-site interview, look over the project and talk about the customer's desired finished product. I always offer advice, and try to find the best solution for your project. Once we agree on the process and design, a written Scope of Work is provided, along with a Total Price, and you may decide if we are the company for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from CSU in 2010, and have been doing carpentry work ever since. I have seven years experience in rough and finish carpentry, and find it more to my liking than an office job .
