We are a familly owned and operated company. We recycle as much as we possibly can and drop items off at the Arc Thrift Store, Habitat for Humanity, we recycle metal as well when possible as top priorities! Our items we drop off at the landfill are the items that can't be donated or recycled.

Had a great experience with Josh - he was able to help me out on the same day/morning I requested help. Had a bunch of trash around after our move and just way too tired to figure it out ourselves. Josh arrived at the house and walked thru, asking me about all my needs to give a proper estimate. He took photos before and after so I didn’t even need to be on site, and was done well before our deadline. Would hire him again and recommend to friends!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently am offering 15% off all services. We also do a $25 discount if items are accessible on the driveway or in the garage that we can back our equipment up to.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
a typical process for a new client is we can give a rough idea with price over the phone is usually the normal process. When we arrive on job sites we give our customers the exact price before we start. And then the client decides to hire us right then and there or not. That way we can make sure clients are okay with our pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a Business owner for 15 years and have excelled entrepreneurship.
