- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full service design company that first listens to your needs and asks questions to creates a professional package that will not only wow your customers, but be very functional on all mobile and desktop devices. We offer a free preview based on your needs so you can see everything we can do for you before you pay any money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally have a four step process: 1. We send out a website questionnaire form that you would fill out so we can get a basic understanding of what you are looking for. We would follow up with an over the phone or in person conversation to make sure we know exactly what you are looking for. 2. We build a free preview of your website. Before you pay any money, you would be able to see an example of what we can do for you. 3. We sign a contract that lays out everything we offer and provide. 50 percent would be due at this point. 4. We complete the website and offer in person or video conference training. We want to make sure you understand how to use your website and can make changes with out needing to contact a Webdesiger for everything.
