- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very straightforward: $75 per hour, per specialist. Extra basic laborers are charged at $50 per hour. We do have a 4 hour minimum. However for projects finished before the minimum, we suggest to each client to have a small list of things to allow the specialist to complete so that each client feels they get full value for each visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Same as most. I like to qualify the job by seeing the site, interviewing the customer to find their needs and wants, research the current materials and prices and then gettin' er done!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Combined 25 years of handyman experience, Administrative director in construction, and even served Ft Lupton during COVID helping locally.
