Had a great experience with Bug smash! I contacted him yesterday about a recurring mouse problem, he was here today. He was super nice, professional, took his time, and was thorough in both assessment and treatment. Due to our homes construction it’s likely to be a recurring issue, so for all future treatments I’ll be calling bug smash.

Craig (as I remember his name) was on time, considerate (mask and gloves, as requested), and thorough. He turned over the mattress and box springs looking for signs of bugs, and did the same thing with my wifes recliner (after removing bedding) and also checked out her wheelchair. Then upon not finding any bugs, was honest enough to tell me I had no bug problem, and not try and take advantage of the situation for profit. Then he explained the diagnosis with my wife which belayed her fear of bugs. In short I was very pleased with the service (at a fair price) and if I EVER have a problem in the future, I know who I will call. Regards, Erby Youngblood.
