Duct and Vent Repair
I am impressed. We live in a high end home (I don't mean to sound pretentious, it's just that the components are problematic). Our HVAC unit is Geo-thermal. I have had many different companies out to address the same issue (no air in through the bedroom vent) and finally Tim has given us a couple of solutions. This is on-going but at least we know why. We also had a problem with the venting of an indoor grill in the patio room. He has remedied that issue to the extent possible without switching any major components. We will continue to work with him and hopefully the plan to increase the motor for that vent will eliminate the venting problem for the grill and installing air flow fans will increase cooling and heat for the bedroom. His pricing was very reasonable, probably competitive but it's not worth a penny if the issues cannot be resolved. That's why I highly recommend him. Hard worker! Did a few extra things...no charge.May 6, 2016Verified
Central Air Conditioning Installation or Replacement
Tim was outstanding. It's easy to see he cares about the work he does. He did an extremely clean installation and went above and beyond just a normal installation. He fixed the poor installation of a humidifier, and brought both the furnace power switch and furnace/water heater flue vent piping up to code ... while hired to do an air conditioner installation. The AC was just installed yesterday and so far is doing a better and more efficient job than the 16-year old unit that was replaced. I am very happy with his quality of work and would highly recommend him.Sep 12, 2018Verified
Water Heater Installation or Replacement
Great experience with Tim. He is a true professional. He did an excellent job and also guided me on how to take care of the water heater in the long run. I'd highly recommend Tim and have already referred him to friends in case they need water heater/furnace or air conditioning repair/replacement.Sep 13, 2018Verified
Heating System Repair or Maintenance
I was very happy with Tim’s service, communications, professional work ethic and fair pricing. He responded to my quote request within a few moments, and was able to schedule my repair for the very next day. He called me to do a quick assessment (which turned out to be accurate) of my furnace issue prior to arrival. This was important because he could then come prepared with exact needed part and get the job done in one visit. He also did a few other maintenance items and made some suggestions for future maintenance. I will definitely utilize Tim for any future HVAC needs. Thanks for your help, Tim.Nov 28, 2017Verified
Heating System Repair or Maintenance
Tim is amazing! He squeezed in my furnace repair the same morning of my request. Tim is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and honest. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a broken part, and cleaned some additional parts as well. Tim inspected the heating system and provided excellent feedback/advice. I also appreciated his cleanliness especially when he slipped on shoe booties when he first entered the house. I look forward to working with Tim again in the future!Apr 14, 2018Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My Standard service fee is $69 I go by flat rate pricing for repairs, replacements and add-ons. (Air quality products) This insures reasonable prices while still being able to maintain the cost of operating my company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? There are many different customers with different heating and cooling needs. I like to get to know the customers and address their issues directly and offer additional options for every solution. The sequence of operations are always explained so that the home owners understand their equipment and how to perform routine maintenance to prevent future issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Having over 20 years experience in the field, installing and servicing, I have seen and fixed it all. However, technology and the advancment of more efficient equipment and products have kept me researching and studying to keep up to date. I have been EPA certified since 1993 which allows me to purchase, handle and work with refrigerants.
