Scheduling was easy, they arrived when promised, and the work was done efficiently and to a high standard. Corey took the time to explain the issue and how to fix it. Found the problem quickly with the cartridge in tub faucet leaking. Tried to adjust the set screw which worked for two days (he said that might happen and the unit would need to be replaced).

High 5 was excellent. Jose Cuevas was my tech. He was thorough in explaining the issue he found and the options I had to address it. He answered all my questions patiently, in detail and in a way I’d understand (because obvs I’m not a plumber). Once I chose an option, Jose efficiently completed the repair, explained how everything worked and waited for me to test my finicky sprinkler system to see make sure water connection was working.
