FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique; because of this, we take the time to come out and meet with you on-site and discuss your needs. This estimate appointment is such a vital part of the process, so we never charge for it. We provide an estimate for each project. We don't believe in cookie-cutter pricing. On rare occasion, we can provide you an estimate based on pictures alone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an appointment for an estimate. Here Nick will discuss your needs and offer any options for your project. We will then create and email you an estimate. If you approve our estimate give me a call and we will put you on our schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years of experience in masonry. I began my career in masonry working with my dad who had over 40 years of experience. This gave me the advantage of learning at the hand of a master. I then took my career into commercial work where I was exposed to working on many different types of commercial buildings.
