FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees vary greatly based on the assignment. For low risk events with less threat potential my rates will be much lower than an task that requires more extensive planning and security measures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first receive a notification from a potential client, I like to chat further to hear what the specifics of the security assignment are. This is important so we can prepare accordingly. If this is a personal security/close-protection detail, then it's imperative that we spend some time on the phone. If it's a smaller event that requires less risk mitigation/security efforts, often the planning for this assignment will be more timely. At the end of the day it comes down to trust, and I'd like to connect with each and every client directly before diving into a new assignment.
