- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No tree is the same, and no jobsite is the same so that is why it is worth the time for tree experts to give a free evaluation of the job so they can price each job down to the dollar.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When first meeting with a potential customer, I always look over the whole property to assess what needs to be done to most benefit all of the clients living investments. Then we discuss what their goals are with their trees and surrounding area and exactly how we will be improving their landscape.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent over 12 years in the field training with local and nationwide professional companies, before starting my own business. I have extensive field experience with aerial and ground rigging techniques and have removed large trees over a house with a crane many times.
