I have a $25 fee if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to have a phone or in person conversation about the specifics of the job. Then I will perform an estimate based on what home size they have. Next, I would set the date(s) for cleaning. Finally, I would clean the home and finish in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have cleaned all my life, but have done it for 8+ years professionally. I was trained by a professional.
