Shawna is the best! She is very thorough in all her cleaning & really put forth the time & effort to fully clean our home. She is tops in our book! We will be having her come clean biweekly for at least the next couple of months.

Was great at first then just stopped wanting to work. Called in sick to cleaning for about a month and then just took us off the schedule, and didn’t tell us. If you want consistency this is not your company.

I began working for you Feb. 16th 2023. I missed one scheduled appointment on May 18th 2023, due to illness. I didn’t miss for a month. When I asked if we were still on in two weeks, after my missed appointment, you said, and I quote, “No worries, hope you feel better and heal quickly. We can touch base on two weeks!” Due to this message, I took you off the schedule for your next scheduled appointment. You said we could touch base in two weeks. I couldn’t keep you scheduled when you weren’t sure you would keep the appointment. I was very consistent, minus one appointment. You should be more honest Alexis. I apologize for the inconvenience my illness caused you. And it’s unfortunate that you didn’t keep your next scheduled appointment. But please don’t blame me. Thank you for your business! Take care.

The house needed to be thoroughly cleaned in order to list it for sale. Shawna and her assistant did an excellent job in cleaning the ENTIRE house. They worked non-stop for six hours and cleaned every surface they could see and touch. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them.

I have a $25 fee if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to have a phone or in person conversation about the specifics of the job. Then I will perform an estimate based on what home size they have. Next, I would set the date(s) for cleaning. Finally, I would clean the home and finish in a timely manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have cleaned all my life, but have done it for 8+ years professionally. I was trained by a professional.
