I have known Brett for a number of years and can speak to his knowledge of plumbing and his attention to detail. We had two water heater system and wanted to convert to tankless unit. Brett removed the old and installed a Rinnai unit, which has worked great. I would highly recommend Brett to take care of your plumbing needs.

He's amazing, fast, reliable, priced great, punctual and a really great plumber. I had a plumber for 26 years and was sad when he retired and moved back east. I can say I have a new plumber Brett

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge $100 an hour, $150 for work with a sewer/drain machine. I mark up parts 25% to cover overhead.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I'll come look at what they have and what they want to do. If it's urgent and needs repaired I'll try to get it done that day, or very soon. I try to be very communicative so I can present solutions that fit exactly what is wanted.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was trained as a union apprentice in California, went to five years of school.
