The technician was very competent. He was determined to get stains out of my carpet, and succeeded very well. A hard worker. Had to haul the unit up a flight of concrete stairs.

If you are looking for someone you can trust with your carpets or your cars, then your search is over! I have had RC Auto detail and Carpet Cleaning clean the carpet in my home several times and they always do an outstanding job. The carpets stay clean and we get no musty smells after they leave. But of course, with kids and cats we eventually need them done again! I have also had them fully detail one of my vehicles twice plus they have detailed two cars for my sister and two more for my business. In every case the cars are always done when promised and very well cleaned. I have also used their wash/wax/vac service several times as well and I am always amazed at the results.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are not sure about a carpet cleaner, ask for proof of insurance, ask what method they use (there are many but our governing agency is the IICRC and they only recognize hot water extraction). Which is the method we use, sometimes this is referred to as "Steam Cleaning". Also ask what add ons they offer. This will let you know if they will charge you for services that should be included. Beware if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
