Quality work and affordable ,Very professional my carpets were very bad having 4 kids in and out you can imagine ,Jr carpet cleaning left them looking like new and removed koolaid stain I thought would not come out . Thank you .

He was on time very nice did a excellent job cleaning my grandmother's House the carpet come out looking great it was amazing he also called us back to verify his appointment if I needè some one to come out a again I would call him back service

I would not rehire or recommend this company. I was quoted a rate of $85 to clean my home, which I was told included 3 hours to 3 1/2 hours of cleaning. They only completed two hours of work but charged the same rate. Unfortunately I was not home so they told roommate it was actually a flat rate fee. Absolutely nothing was dusted, the tubs were not cleaned, the outsides of the toilets weren't cleaned, the windows weren't cleaned. Essentially this company scammed us into paying $42.50 an hour to vacuum, mop and take out the trash. This is the first time I have ever been disappointed by a Thumbtack professional.
