I was taught old world craftsmanship at an early age by my Father and Grand Father. The easiest way is not the best way. I have always gotten a great deal of pride and satisfaction in transforming homes to their former glory and or doing a much better job than a builder of a newer home. To see the houses that I have painted still beautiful and withstanding the test of time. It proves to myself that I have done my job to the best of my abilities. I know that my Father and Grand Father are proud of me.

Arrived on time. Was qualified to handle the project. Provided immediate same-morning service. Fees are reasonable. I'll not only be using Phil Tori again for my future property management needs, but will also be referring him to others.

His original price was way too low but after he went to the house to bid on painting the trim, it was a more realistic price but very good compared to others. He got to work right away after receiving a 50% deposit. His worked looked like he did a good job and he explained he had to do multiple coats b/c the wood was absorbing the paint. He did say that a 3rd coat on the back and sides would be an additional $150 but he had already done that on the front without an extra charge so that it looked good. Overall, I was very pleased.

I called Phil from out of state with a project in Greeley. It was built in 1885 and the paint was peeling and trim was falling off. Phil was right on top of it with a bid and pictures daily. His completion time was awesome and the job was well done.

Phil's craftsmanship is outstanding. He really cares about his profession and does very quality work. Our house looks great and cannot be happier with how it turned out. I know that he was frustrated with the weather but his patience paid off. He is also very reasonably priced compared to the other bids that we received on the job. I would definitely hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do. There are many factors that come into play when determining pricing of a project. Each home is different. So for each home there will be determining factors for pricing. Condition, color choice, size, amount of work, ect. I typically use a baseline price and amount of work to be done. If the home is in a distressed state it is presented to my customers in detail and priced accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Kind, courteous, professional, prompt, efficient, intelligence, knowledgeable, experienced, business practices.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained in lead paint abatement. Taught by old world masters. 29 years of experience.
