- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Electrical- $45 per hour plus materials Plumbing- $45 per hour plus materials Drywall repair- $35 per hour plus materials Doors- $125 ext door $75 int door. Plus materials. You purchase door. Ceiling fans- $100 first fan, $75 each additional fan. Ceilings over 15 feet is an additional $35. Decks- $15 per sq ft. Includes materials. Basements, bathrooms, kitchens and larger projects will be bid/ estimated and priced accordingly with labor and materials included. As always estimates are free!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to you home or business and give you a complete and thorough estimate. I will talk about ideas and needs of your project. Both of us will have a clear expectation of cost, work and time frame. I will provide you with a contract that we will both sign prior to work being started. As always estimates are free!
