Ray Johnson owner of Old School Inc. Just completed my bathroom remodel. First, he fit me into his schedule and then worked long hours to complete the job. Second, his pricing was very fair. My first encounter with him was his quote. He spelled out everything in detail. What was to be done, contingencies on what we might run into with a leaking shower. Because he was so organized, or maybe Mrs was, but it made Old School Inc an easy choice. Did I ever pick right!! Couldn’t be happier with the work. He is very detail oriented…. Helped me through some issues that leaking shower presented….. when we were evacuated because of the Boulder Fire danger, and we lost power, he brought a generator over, hooked it up to my furnace, to protect my pipes from freezing. When I was able to return home, he had just completed the remodel…… and wanted to make sure it all looked and was perfect….even a couple ‘surprises’ he gave me. Detail oriented ….. best cleaning crew ever….. so neat and tidy…… know how to go above and beyond, and knows how to hire the best help! Not only is Ray a hard efficient worker, but his help, named Dan is just a gem! Hard worker, hustles all day long and is the nicest guy. They wanted to make sure I had a place to go and had a ride and was well taken care of that windy fire tragedy day before they would leave. Can’t wait for them to do my kitchen.

Ray did a great job repairing a beam and rafter in my attic. He had an engineer evaluate and sign off on the plan and then stamp it after the work was done. He was able to work my project into his schedule quickly so that it would be repaired before the first snow storm. Would highly recommend him and his team.

Ray remodeled my 1972 basement. The floors were uneven, the exterior entryway needed a complete renovation as did the bathroom and kitchen. Ray tiled and plumbed my bathroom and installed the cabinets. He leveled the floors and finished the drywall throughout the entire basement. He was personable, on time, and his attention to detail was evident in the finished basement!
