- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the specific scope of each project. Our price includes the costs for materials, labor, preparation and project requirements. We provide detailed, professional written estimates so you know what is included. We also offer a variety of discounts for veterans, military members, first responders, teachers and foster families. Ask us about our current offers and exclusions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start each project by getting to understand your needs and wants for the project. We will schedule an in-person estimate at no cost to you. We will ask you questions to make sure we have a good understanding of what you want and then build an estimate for you. Once approved, we work on scheduling, material ordering and production. We take great care to be effective communicators and work with you from start to finish. We will complete a final walk-through to make sure the work meets our standards and your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed roofing and general contractors and believe continuing education is an important part of doing the job right. Each year, we attend industry trainings and expos and work directly with our manufacturers to stay current on products, installation standards, building codes and industry best practices.
