- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every month I run a new ad with a new discount, please ask if you do not see any discounts listed or advertised what discounts we might have at the time! Everyone loves discounts, and I love giving discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always learn a little about your customer is the first goal for me, let the costumer get to know you so they feel safe with you around, and also getting to know them so that you feel safe also! Some great relationships in my life have started from my business!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 years of business courses, along with 10+ years of cleaning in the industry.
