I began working with Blaise after recovering from an accident. Blaise is an awesome trainer who has not only helped me recover from back pain but also to feel strong and confident in my body again. I met blaise on a treadmill at a local gym and we hit it off right away. Ive worked with other trainers before but there was always an element of stress that went into my sessions and the dynamic I had with the trainer. Blaise is willing to work with your personal goals and physique to cater workouts and recovery specifically to you. I love her style because I get to work towards my fitness goals while loving the process along the way, rather than being overwhelmed. 10/10 reccomend Blaise. Her techniques are effective and efficient with an emphasis on the importance of connecting to breath and body.
