I think David was maybe my 12th quote to get my basement framed, drywalled and some electrical work done. And honestly, glad I waited. David was fantastic to work with. True gent who takes care in his craft and is knowledgable in discussing options. Pricing was fair, and even though I threw some curveballs into the mix (adding things here and there), David rolled with it and delivered. 100% would hire again.

David is great! It's very comforting as a homeowner to finally find a contractor who is both affordable and does quality work. He is very willing to work with customers on how to achieve the desired end results. His professionalism is only exceeded by his versatility. We are so happy with how he has been repairing our deck that we are discussing other projects with him. These other projects include installing a door in our garage and finishing our basement. David is such a rare find in the Aurora, CO area. I definitely recommend hiring him.

David's work is excellent, very high quality. The project took longer than promised, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. To be fair, there were some additional things that needed to be done before he could rebuild the porch, and we didn't know about the damage that needed to be repaired until he removed the old porch. Still, some days he did not come over, which made the job take longer. This was problematic because our property is a small business and people could not use the front door for a couple of weeks. When he was at our building, he was very nice, professional, sincere, and hard-working, and he did all of the work promised. I will definitely call him to work for us again.
