Matt is truly exceptional. Not only is he a wildlife expert that really helped me understand what Im dealing with, he also gave me complete confidence that everything would be taken care of. We called Skedaddle after another company failed to adequately seal off the access point for a raccoon or squirrel high on our outside wall and only accessible from a steeply pitched roof. Matt responded and surveyed the wall and roof w/ a drone, identifying the critter's access points. The Skedaddle team arrived the next day, equipped for the challenging roof, and screened off the access points. So far, so good. We're more than pleased w/ Skedaddle.*Edited on April 1, 2026.* Spring is here and the raccoon is back undeterred by the chicken wire screening Skedaddle installed last fall and again a few weeks ago (after we notified them that the critter had returned). We're contracting with a company that installs continuous flashing over the access points and similar weaknesses in our siding.

*Edited on April 8, 2026. Hi Bruce, thank you for the update. We were sorry to hear that the screening didn't stand up to such a persistent raccoon, especially given the challenging location of the entry point.
Our goal is always to provide a lasting solution, and it's clear that in this specific instance, the reinforcement wasn't enough to buy the time needed before your siding replacement.
We’ve since been in touch and have issued a refund which included the cost of the screening work and an additional credit to help with the further repairs. We are glad to hear the preventative roof work we performed remains secure, and we hope the new flashing provides the more permanent fix you need. We appreciate the opportunity to make things right!
