- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most cases are handled for a flat fee and payment plans are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with you personally, evaluate your unique situation and discuss the options available to best address the challenges you face. The evaluation does not obligate you in any way. Bankruptcy is not always the answer and I will let you know if I think there are better options available.
