[Had my ducts cleaned with Denver Ducts on 7/14/22, thought I had posted this review but apparently I only posted it on Google] What a spectacular experience! After a bait and switch situation with a competitor, I called Denver Ducts asking for a very short notice cleaning. Not only were they completely transparent with their pricing (which included unlimited vents, photos, and a deep cleaning - the other guys more than tripled their initial quote claiming I had more vents than is included in their base package, oh and photos and a "deep clean" were an additional charge), they were responsive and able to schedule my job the very next day. Josiah arrived on time, clean, professional, and prepared with booties to cover his work boots (which he didn't just leave on as he came and went, he was very attentive about removing and replacing them as he came in and out of the house)! He explained the entire process clearly and offered additional options to clean the furnace motor, cabinet, etc. He went above and beyond in service performance (complete with barriers placed throughout my home to protect corners and walls from being marred as he moved his equipment around as necessary) and professionalism. Beware when price shopping for your HVAC and duct cleaning as you truly get what you pay for - my experience was 100% exceptional with Josiah and Denver Ducts and VERY much worth the price I paid (which was significantly lower than the first company I called after they initially underbid and then tripled their "base" price). I HIGHLY recommend Denver Ducts and will be recommending them to all of my local family and friends in need of HVAC cleaning services. I have found the only company I will continue to work with for as long as I live in the Denver metro!

Great price on duct cleaning and did a good job. Only took an hour and a half and did not make the house messy. Some scheduling issue happened though, and they ended up coming at 4:30 pm for a 2 pm appointment.

I would definitely recommend the service with Denver Ducts Heating & Air Conditioning. The worker showed up on time (early bound) and do a thoroughly duct clean work. He also helped clean the floor after the work is done. Most importantly, he helped me find the gas leakage issue in my new furnace which has been there for a while and warned me several times when I thought that may not be severe. I really appreciate the work they have done. And the price is much more reasonable comparing with other services I quoted.
