The "Wow Factor" means that you start seeing the quality and workmanship right away and your not just a number. We are all customers, but when someone actually cares about their workmanship it shows immediately and there is a great sense of relief that you feel you hired the right person for the job. That is a great feeling for me when I know a customer trusts that I am doing a fantastic job for them.
