Our furnace went out overnight, woke up to a very chilly house with cold kiddos. Thomas at Pinnacle was able to come out and diagnose the problem within ~1hr. Then he was able to get the parts, that is a fingers crossed issue at the moment, and he installed it the same morning! I couldn’t be happier and he did it all incredibly professionally, super responsive, and with an upfront pricing. I know who I will be calling if I have issues again.

GIVE THEM A CALL TODAY! I have used a few different companies in Littleton and no one even compares to the professionalism, responsiveness and work quality that Pinnacle Heating and Air Conditioning offers. My heater was not working on a Saturday and they called within 5 minutes of me posting service needs and were at my house within the hour. A few days later it was acting up again and they came out in a snowstorm to fix the problem. It was a minor fix and he even stayed a bit to make sure the issue was resolved. You can tell he cares about the well being of his customers and I will be calling to have them check the AC in the spring. Thank you for taking care of my family when we needed it.

Yesterday we requested a quote to replace our non-working 22 year old furnace. While determining our HVAC needs based on our home's floorplan and square footage, Pinnacle (of Castle Rock) diagnosed the old furnace's failure to be a bad limit switch and temporarily got it running again until a new switch could be found. (The first company we called did not find the problem.) On the same visit, Pinnacle provided a very fair quote for a new American Standard HVAC system. Although we had arranged for other companies to come out later this week to also provide quotes, we quickly realized that Pinnacle's quote was very fair and accepted the offer on the spot. (We paid for a new HVAC for our son's/DIL's house last summer and have good awareness of market conditions for new HVAC systems in the Denver metro area.) Today Pinnacle expertly installed the new furnace and AC. Painless. We've very happy to have selected Pinnacle (of Castle Rock) for our a new HVAC system and we will gladly seek them out when we need to fix or replace our home's second HVAC system (currently 15 years old).
