What I look for in any contractor are three things - Reliability, Skill, and Fairness. Reliability means you can reach him by phone or texts; he responds quickly to all questions; he shows up as planned; he is there if there re any issues; he does what he says he will do Skill means he knows his business; he has the ability and talent to do the job he is assigned. Fairness means his costs are fair for the job and he doesn’t jack up prices just because he can; he saved me money in this mini-split installation. Gustavo has all three of these traits. I strongly recommend you consider him for any HVAC type job concerning heat pumps, mini-splits, AC installations, etc."See more

They literally saved us from a very poorly installed HVAC system that didn't work. It took 12 hours but they finally figured out and repaired the faulty pipe connections the first company did. They earned our trust and we hired them to install our high-velocity A/C system the following spring.We met Peter today who was here doing annual maintenance on the A/C. He was delightful, friendly, courteous, and swift in a good way. We gladly welcome him again this fall for the HVAC annual maintenance. 5 stars for sure!"See more
