- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the space, the level of detail required, and the cleaning frequency. We always recommend a walkthrough before the initial service to provide the most accurate quote. Please note: we do not handle hazmat materials, animal or human feces, biohazards, or any specialized machine-based floor restoration. Depending on the condition of the space and how long it has been since the last cleaning, a one-time deep-cleaning fee may apply for the first visit. All pricing is transparent with no hidden fees, and each quote is customized to your needs. No contracts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a brief conversation to understand your cleaning needs, followed by an in-person walkthrough of the space. This helps us provide an accurate quote and tailor the service to your expectations. Once the quote is approved, we schedule your initial cleaning, which may include a one-time deep clean if needed. After the first service, we adjust the plan as needed and move into a consistent cleaning schedule. We maintain clear communication throughout and welcome feedback to ensure you’re fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has strong experience in residential and commercial cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, breakroom/kitchen upkeep, trash removal, and general office/detail cleaning. We follow a detailed checklist (dusting, flooring, carpets, restrooms, walls/doors, glass, and kitchen areas) to ensure consistency and quality. We are skilled in proper cleaning techniques, care of different surfaces, and maintaining a professional-grade standard without the use of hazmat or industrial sanitizing services.
