- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want you our clients to walk away from the experience knowing they made a choice built on facts and current industry insight. That they not only have a trusted relationship with us but also a support system to help ensure their decorative concrete needs last and last.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Retroplate Certified Applicators having gone through both standard and advance training courses on multiple systems. We are active members of ICRI ( International Concrete Repair Institute).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have worked over 4+ years in the commercial decorative concrete sector of the industry. Having done projects for clients such as Macy's, Michael's, Google, Kroger, and many more! We are now breaking out on our own and bringing that same level of expectation to the residential side of the industry. Too often "guys in a truck" doing sub par work have given decorative concrete a bad name. We look to change that! I have not only had write ups about our work published in industry specific publications my project also made the Cover of the 2019 Retroplate Highlights magazine. I have also written case studies on projects that were particularly problematic and and how to solve them published. With on project exceeding 250,000 sf.
