I asked for a quote for a job connecting two routers and it required drilling through the floor. The pro said a mesh network would be better which would not require a pro. While I didn't hire them, the honesty was appreciated and that goes a long way.

LG Electrical installed 4 electric hoists for raising and lowering punching bags at our martial arts school. The job seemed straightforward but, as we proceeded, it required creativity and skill that exceeded what we’d initially thought necessary. He was great- helped me out big time with my bathroom project! He is coming back to replace bathroom fans, install overhead fans in two rooms and fix a few lights. A step above the rest.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Virtual estimates are free and quotes are typically good for two weeks. With the drastic fluctuation and shortage of materials we can only give that small window of two weeks unfortunately.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we request an overview of the work that is needed. We will need pictures of rooms and areas that the work will be done in; this helps limit unnecessary exposure to both our workers and our clients during this pandemic.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master Electrician, HAZMAT Certified, Confined Space Entry and Rescue, Substation Maintenance 1 & 2, Commercial and Industrial Safety Certified, ARC Flash, and NEC 2023
