- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we offer discounts for military, first responders, seniors, and cash payments. we also offer discounts for first time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to start off with an estimate to go over the customers needs and to provide the most accurate quote possible. I don't like surprising my customers with a higher price because something wasn't discussed or overlooked. our in home estimates are always free as well! in most cases we offer same day and next day service. we are licensed and insured. we dont cut corners and do everything right the first time. we dont have very many reviews on here because we are new to this service but have plenty of references and photos of past work. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my journeymans license, also Ive been around home construction and electrical since i was 15. Ive also received tranning from the US Army.
