It's hard to capture in pictures all the work Frank and his team have done in our home. The first project was to tear out a basement built out of code by a previous owner, and rebuild it to code. Needless to say, many other contractors declined getting involved, but Frank provided a thorough quote of what would be done at each point of uncertainty through the discovery process of demolition.Based on his incredible results in our basement, we had him replace every light fixture in the home. This involved separating one fixture into multiple end points, and changing externally mounted lights for recessed lighting. The drywall work is flawless and blends into existing texture.We reached out to Frank again for tiling the chimney stack in our living room, which brought a lot of 'WOW' to the home. The tile was expertly installed, level, seamless, and well finished.Frank left the jobs completed and clean. 10/10 will call Frank again for projects in the future.

I give discounts if payments or installments are in cash or they provide referrals
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start “wow” pictures of stuff the homeowner likes, and then I try to replicate that picture. If it wows the customer, then I have a better chance to wow, the customer at the end of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started off as an engineer, but I love finished projects, so I stuck with Construction
