I am a one man operation so if the items you need moved require 2 people, and you don’t have a second pair of hands, you can find another helper through Thumbtack.
I have been doing various types of moves in the past 6 years. I am new to Thumtack but not the industry. I have maintained a 5 star rating with every company I’ve worked for. I have done somewhere around 2500 small moves. Your items will be moved with the utmost of care, and efficiency. I don’t like to be kept waiting, so I consider this with every job. Punctuality, is taken seriously. I have the tools to help the job go smoothly and efficiently; shoulder straps, hand truck, furniture dolly, appliance dolly, blankets, bungii cords, tarps, furniture sliders, mattress cover, and a tool bag filled with the necessary tools to handle all situations. Jonathan did a great job for us. We had some floors refinished and needed some furniture moved. He arrived with a helper. They were very careful with the furniture. He came back when the floors were finished to put things back in place. He was very careful not to scratch the floors. I highly recommend him.

Jonathan is a very hard worker. He completed the work in half the time I expected. He took big heavy plants and heavy bookcases up upstairs from the basement. He did a very nice clean job with nothing broken. I will definitely hire Jonathan again next time I work.

Jonathan was very professional and made working with enjoyable.Jonathan has great communication skills which made our task easier even though the task was difficult. My pricing is hourly, $100. For that price you get an experienced mover that is efficient, and careful with your items. There is no doing the job halfway. There is a focused energy to get the job done as quickly as possible.

My process is to get enough information to have clarity about how to get the job done as efficiently and safely as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have not worked for moving companies, but I have acquired experience over the past 6 years that has given me the confidence to be able to handle any situation. No 2 jobs are alike, but there are similarities.
