We originally hired a friend of a friend to replace our subfloor. They did such a poor job that we hired Dave to fix what they had done and he did an amazing job. He also laid a vinyl plank flooring which looks wonderful, and was a tricky product to work with. Punctual, hard working and lovely guy, couldn't ask for more. Already have a list of future projects for him!

Worked a long time to do what should have been a quick job because the replacement part sent by manufacturer was cracked. Used parts from old and new apparatus and made it work. Worked a long time and did a great job.

We hired Dave to install two TV wall mounts (as well as fix the mess we made trying to do it ourselves). He drywalled, painted, and installed both mounts excellently, with friendly and thoughtful service! I'd definitely use him againhighly recommend.

I had a number of items I needed help with (4 faucets, mount a tv and hide the wires, mount a towel rack, put up a couple blinds, install a toilet ) and each item was completed excellently. Highly recommend. Quality was outstanding. The new fixture I purchased was smaller than the old one so i expected to have to do more painting but however he did it it looks great. Excellent price. Excellent care for my home (clean, etc). And so nice to have a handyman and not a salesman!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally have an hourly rate that I charge or I also charge by the square foot on laying tile and wood flooring .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what their needs are and work towards accomplishing what they need done at a reasonable price .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up on a farm in North Dakota and was able to fix things from an early age. I have always enjoyed working with my hands and fixing things and figuring out the best and most economical way to do it. Most of my handyman experience has been through hands on experience over the years from working on my own houses and apartments .I worked in the oil business in North Dakota and we were always encountering problems on a daily basis and had to figure out solutions on the spot.
