What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are extremely competitive and include all cleaning supplies and equipment. I also do not require any type of contract or travel fees.
There are no hidden costs.
If you are looking for reoccurring cleans I charge by the hour for the initial clean and offer a flat rate going forward so you know what to expect as far as the cost every time.
Move-out and deep cleans are charged per hour.

I work with many realtors, property investors, property management companies, homeowners and business owners.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When interviewing a cleaning company always ask for proof of identity, proof of bond, proof of business registration with the state of Colorado and insurance. This will insure your personal safety as well as your property and valuables.
