- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will give them an initial quote. Then after we talk and discuss in detail their cleaning wants and needs, we will set up a day for a meet and greet. I will also start on that day.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
They should write down exactly what they would like to have done so when they are filling out the application they won't forget minor details.
