Maddie at Hello the House is so talented and a true magician when it comes to staging and styling ! She helped with a partial stage where my Sellers didn't want to move out existing furniture ~ she rearranged basically everything, moved pieces to the garage and brought in on-trend pieces to appeal to the Buyer pool. The house received and overwhelmingly positive response and was under contract in 10 days. You should definitely hire Maddie !

Maddie at Hello the House is a master at styling and staging. She worked on a partial stage for me - my Sellers were in a situation where they couldn't move many pieces out of the home prior to listing. Maddie came in, restyled everything, moved furniture to the garage, and brought in her own inventory to completely transform the space to show home ready. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive and we were under contract in 10 days. My Sellers were so appreciative of the time and care we took in preparing their home for a very challenging resale market - I will always call Maddie !
