- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price per square footage and take into account wall texture, accessibility and intricacy of design. We are happy to collaborate and find a path that is within your budget. We also offer a 5% discount on two or more murals when booked at the same time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial call or on site meeting, we put together a mood board and quote for your project. If you choose to move forward, we then finalize dates and send over our contract. We require a 25% deposit at this time. Once signed, we start designing your mural and allow 2-3 rounds of revisions on that design before final approval and application on the wall.
