- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
start off with a health part Q and any history of injuries. A body compensation to check your lean mass and body fat ratio. a posture (length and tension) assessment and abdominal wall functioning test. You'll be given a dynamic warm up, first core routine, and stretch routine that is customize towards your posture assessment. nutrition is option of needed. then, your strength training to target your weak muscles.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
During my college days, I competed in the men's decathlon and wanted to learn as much as I can about biomechanics so I majored in kinesiology. I have a passion helping people reach their optimal goals.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The young,the old and the inbetween. The athletes, the ones in pain, the overweight or the ones the want to pack on pounds. Basically, I've taken on all types of senerio's cause each person is different and can't be treated the same. My certification through the CHEK Institute allows me to perform corrective exercise, athletic performance, nutritional value and more.
